Have a question about your own hearing loss? Are you friends with or related to someone who you think may have a hearing loss? Need information on sign language classes, financial assistance for hearing aids or other services for the deaf and hard of hearing? Access Center

FOR STATE AGENCIES ONLY. If you are a state agency and you need a sign language interpreter or captioner for a client, you may be eligible for a portal account with us.

Telecommunications Access Program

Request or download an application for specialized telecommunications equipment, such as a CapTel phone, amplified phone, speech assistive phone, VCO, TTY or wireless device at no cost to the deaf, hard of hearing, speech impaired or deaf/blind consumer who has lived in Kentucky for at least one year.
