Request or download an application for specialized telecommunications equipment, such as a CapTel phone, amplified phone, speech assistive phone, VCO, TTY or wireless device at no cost to the deaf, hard of hearing, speech impaired or deaf/blind consumer who has lived in Kentucky for at least one year.

Get your handy visor card to help facilitate communication between you and law enforcement if you are ever pulled over. Contact us so that we can match you to the card that best suits your needs, e.g. the deaf, oral deaf, or hard of hearing versions.
The ICE, or "In Case of Emergency," card is used to help facilitate communication between deaf or hard of hearing people and emergency personnel; police officers, medical technicians, and firefighters during times of emergencies.
