The Helen Keller National Center (HKNC) maintains a registry of basic information on people who have combined hearing and vision loss in the United States (participation is optional), which is used as a census for planning and research purposes. If you would like to register, click on this link to be directed to the HKNC National Registry https://www.helenkeller.org/hknc/national-registry. All identifying information is confidential, and written consent from the individual or guardian is required before a person becomes registered by the Helen Keller National Center.
